This coming year Heden Hier will perform various art projects with and for local residents. The start at a new building in this ‘old’ district will be the closure of Heden’s 7x11 project in Ypenburg. Heden Hier hopes to be of additional value for the great cultural diversity that characterizes the Weimarstraat, and the Regentesse and Valkenbos district. Heden looks forward to cooperate with residents and the various cultural organizations in this district.

Heden in Indonesia
The artist-in-residence programme Heden There offers Dutch artists a working period of three months at Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The idea is that, going from visual arts, design or architecture, the Dutch artists concentrate on physical, cultural, social and/or political aspects of the urban setting they find in Indonesia. The Dutch artist works with an Indonesian artist. Heden There is a project in collaboration with Cemeti Art House at Yogyakarta, with the aid of the Dutch Embassy in Jakarta.
